Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong expertise in recruitment lifecycle, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and delivering outcomes that meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to execute recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational hiring needs and goals.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Lead and mentor the recruiting team, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance.
• Building and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders for aligned account(s) by providing regular updates on hiring activity, market trends, and data-driven recommendations on recruitment strategy.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and other client stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, with support from program leadership as needed.
