About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Leader to lead and mentor a team of recruiters. The role requires operational leadership, effective resource allocation, internal talent acquisition strategy development, and a strong focus on driving recruitment excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational hiring needs and goals.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Lead and mentor the recruiting team, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance.
• Building and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders for aligned account(s) by providing regular updates on hiring activity, market trends, and data-driven recommendations on recruitment strategy.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and other client stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, with support from program leadership as needed.
• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting / Talent Acquisition field
• Strong expertise in recruitment life cycle processes, resource allocation, and workforce planning
• Demonstrated experience in managing client stakeholders and delivering outcomes that meet, and exceed, service level expectations
• Experience collaborating closely with peers and leadership to execute recruitment strategies that successfully meet client needs, including problem-solving and expectation-setting with external customers
• 1+ year in a role where you managed a team, including performance management, skill development & coaching, and assignment of responsibilities.

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

Base compensation range: $61,575 – $82,100

Total compensation package and benefits applicable to the position – understanding that each person has uniqueprofessional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
