Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on sales.
• Proven ability to source and close quota-carrying sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to define needs, territories and goals.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract top sales pros.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill sales roles.
• Conduct intelligence and mapping to identify top performers in target markets.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding coordination.
• Interview candidates focused on sales performance and leadership capabilities.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed assessments to leaders.
• Collaborate with HR and compensation to craft competitive offers.
• Maintain strong relationships and constant communication with candidates.
