Job summary

The role requires scheduling and conducting interviews, building talent pipelines, and ensuring FFIEC compliance. You will engage universities and participate in career events to attract talent while supporting onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience; experience in Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Leadership skills preferred.
• HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages requisitions and conducts interviews to fill positions promptly and efficiently.
• Prepares and delivers offers and letters to candidates.
• Ensures background screening and FFIEC compliance for new hires.
• Identifies qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking; maintains talent pipeline.
• Participates in job fairs and university relations to develop early-career talent pipelines.
• Supports onboarding and new employee orientation processes.
