Four-year bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or a minimum of 4 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of 4 years of education and experience required.
Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience required; experience in the Talent Acquisition field desired.
HR Certification preferred.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for completion of all duties related to the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE). Completes all steps in the hiring and interviewing process to obtain high level talent. Manages the pre-hire process to attract talent to meet company goals and align with strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Models the standards of the Bank's Mission and Vision. .
Manages and processes requisitions and conducts interviews to fill vacated positions promptly and efficiently.
Prepares, reviews, and delivers competitive job offers and formal offer letters to candidates.
Coordinates internal approvals for offers to ensure compliance with company policies.
Oversees background screening and FFIEC compliance for all new hires.
Identifies and engages qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.Proactively identifies talent outside of requisition process and maintains talent pipeline.
Participates in job fairs to attract talent and promote employer brand.
Builds relationships with universities and manages internship programs to develop early-career talent pipelines.
Coordinates short-term externship opportunities to provide candidates with exposure to the organization.
Recruits and schedules summer Customer Service Representative float positions to support branch staffing model.
Assists with New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions for smooth onboarding.
Populates Hiring, Adjustment, Transfer (HTA) form for new hires for HRIS processing.
Ensures recruiting and hiring practices align with Affinitive Action requirements.
Leads or supports HR-related projects that enhance recruiting strategies and operational efficiency.
Answers communications, either phone or email, and provides resolutions, answers question or escalates as needed.
Serves as backup to other team members as needed.
Works with HRIS team member or IT to resolve escalated issues with HRIS or other applications.
Completes other duties as assigned.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry, and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner..
