Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to lead the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, oversee the end-to-end hiring process, and attract high-quality candidates to meet company goals.

The role involves coordinating offers, ensuring FFIEC compliance, managing internships, and building external relationships to develop strong talent pipelines across banking functions.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience; Talent Acquisition field desired.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior management, the branch network and vendors.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) and learning HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Models the Bank's Mission and Vision and pledges values.
• Manages requisitions and conducts interviews to fill positions promptly.
• Prepares, reviews, and delivers competitive job offers and formal offer letters.
• Coordinates internal approvals for offers to ensure policy compliance.
• Oversees background screening and FFIEC compliance for new hires.
• Builds relationships with universities and manages internship programs.
• Recruits and schedules summer Customer Service Representative float positions.
• Supports New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions and HRIS processing.
