• Prepare, review, and deliver competitive job offers and letters to candidates.
• Coordinate internal approvals for offers to ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee background screening and FFIEC compliance for all new hires.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Participate in job fairs to attract talent and promote employer brand.
• Support onboarding and New Employee Orientation sessions.
