Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a dedicated Talent Acquisition professional to lead the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. You will manage requisitions, guide interviews, and coordinate offers to attract high‑caliber talent aligned with the bank’s strategy.

You will develop relationships with universities, oversee onboarding, and ensure FFIEC compliance and efficient hiring processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ HR experience; Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• HR Certification preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions and conduct interviews to fill positions promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare, review and deliver offers and formal letters to candidates.
• Coordinate internal approvals for offers and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee background screening and FFIEC compliance for new hires.
• Develop talent pipelines through universities, internships and events.
• Assist with onboarding and new employee orientation.
