Job summary

First Bank & Trust in the United States is seeking a Recruiter II to attract and evaluate top talent, partnering with hiring managers to meet strategic objectives. You will lead early career talent initiatives and oversee campus engagement and internship programs.

You will expand the talent pipeline, promote the bank as an employer of choice, leverage multiple sourcing channels, and use data to influence hiring outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience building talent pipelines and campus programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform full recruitment cycle: review, screen, interview, and offer.
• Advise and partner with business leaders using market insights.
• Lead campus engagement and Vault Internship program oversight.
• Influence hiring managers and ensure fair, timely processes.
• Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies and align with brand.
• Lead proactive sourcing across multiple channels.
• Manage interview processes and fast scheduling with debriefs.
• Guide offers and negotiations; explain benefits to candidates.
• Track analytics like cost per hire and offer rates; propose improvements.
• Drive special projects to elevate recruitment processes.
