Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet hiring needs.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for feedback on candidates.
• Prepare offers and manage pre-employment screens and onboarding.
• Post job descriptions and manage ATS/HCM data.
