Job summary

First United Bank in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life-cycle recruiting across the bank’s growth areas. You will source, screen, interview, and recommend top talent through partnerships with internal leaders and the Talent Acquisition Team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred and 10+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for revenue-generating positions in banking/financial services preferred.
PHR certification preferred and ability to source high-performing bankers.

Responsibilities

Own full life-cycle recruiting process end-to-end from sourcing to offers.
Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present offers.
Partner with internal leaders and Talent Acquisition Team to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and internal policies.
