Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking an experienced Recruiter to oversee the full recruitment cycle across branches and departments. You will post opportunities, prescreen and interview exempt candidates, and manage the ATS while advising hiring managers on sourcing and interview best practices.

You’ll coordinate with external recruiters as needed, support career events, and travel to interviews or job fairs to represent the bank. A strong HR background is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree.
• Five to ten years general and HR/recruitment experience required.
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred or a two-year degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the recruitment process of posting opportunities, advising hiring managers, prescreening and interviewing for all levels of exempt positions.
• Maintain Employment ATS and ensure appropriate signatures/approvals.
• Create and maintain job postings, use ATS to post openings and manage resumes.
• Coordinate and maintain recruitment activities including job fairs and social media recruitment.
• Advise senior managers on sourcing, interviewing guidance, procedures and HR resources.
• Travel to interviews and job fairs as needed.
