Job summary

Sundt Construction, a 100% employee-owned contractor, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Charlotte, NC. You will lead professional recruitment to attract top talent, build robust hiring strategies, and partner with internal customers to plan staffing for critical projects.

In this role you will source active and passive candidates, maintain diverse talent pipelines, and advise hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for staff level and management roles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and positions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Provides professional talent acquisition services to ensure Sundt is hiring the absolute best talent.
Develops the talent acquisition strategies needed to support very challenging business objectives.
Proactively develops and maintains strong relationships with internal customers and serves as a trusted advisor.
Operates a full recruitment desk and contributes to ensuring the right person is in the right role at the right time.
Effectively sources qualified active and passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
Develops a strong pipeline of diverse talent by continuously sourcing and recruiting potential employees.
Acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on processes, interviewing techniques and best practices.
