The role emphasizes candidate pipelines, active and passive sourcing, and alignment with business objectives. You will manage multiple open positions, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with affirmative action and recruiting best practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of industry-specific staff-level and management recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting; construction recruiting highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple administrative projects while recruiting for several open positions simultaneously.
• Ability to manage active and passive candidate relationships using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or similar systems.
• Documented success implementing recruitment strategies, programs and tools.
• PHR certification considered a plus.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Acts as trusted advisor to hiring managers on processes and interviewing practices.
• Delivers high-quality candidates and enhances Sundt brand across markets.
