Job summary

Armstrong Transport Group (ATG) seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA function, coach recruiters, and own ATS/CRM workflows. You will design pipelines, scorecards, and integrations with UKG Ready while shaping recruiting across a national workforce.

You will manage a team, partner with executives, and drive strategy for role scoping, candidate slates, and offers. Remote-friendly with Charlotte option in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition with leadership experience.
• Experience owning or configuring an ATS/CRM implementation or migration is a strong plus.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to translate data into process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of recruiters, set hiring plans and performance expectations.
• Forecast hiring needs with managers and People Ops; prioritize requisitions.
• Own recruiting metrics and report to HR leadership; build scalable processes.
