Job summary

ATBS is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator to support recruiting, training, and employee engagement initiatives. You will manage the ATS, screen candidates, and coordinate with managers to hire the best fit for the job.

You’ll also market ATBS as an employer on social platforms and develop engaging training for new hires and current staff. You will lead retention activities like monthly celebrations and quarterly events while supporting administrative duties and the

Qualifications

• Pursuing or working toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in HR, recruiting, marketing, or education is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiting by managing the ATS, screening candidates, and coordinating with managers.
• Promote the ATBS employer brand on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and facilitate training for new hires and existing staff to boost performance.
• Lead retention initiatives such as monthly celebrations and quarterly events.
• Support administrative duties and assist with reception queue tasks.
• Contribute to overall growth and success of ATBS.
