Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including requisitions, sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Ensure hiring needs are met with quality candidates cost-effectively.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build pipelines for current and future staffing.
• Establish recruitment metrics and optimize staffing operations.
• Partner with HR to improve recruitment tools and processes.
• Analyze recruiting trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Cultivate external relationships to source diverse talent and promote our employer brand.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
• Maintain regular attendance and be able to work nights/weekends as needed.
