Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience (2+ years in a supervisory/management role).
• Proven success in managing high-volume hiring within manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced technical environment.
• Deep expertise in ATS optimization, multi-channel sourcing, and recruitment analytics.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and elevate the on-site recruitment team's performance.
• Strategic Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines using recruitment tech (ATS), community partnerships, trade schools, and vendor relationships to lower cost-per-hire and time-to-fill.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with Plant Managers and Production Supervisors to forecast headcount, refine workforce metrics, and streamline requisitions.
• Operations & Compliance: Standardize interview frameworks, oversee recruitment compliance, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

The Role:

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our on-site recruitment team, partner with executive leadership, and execute data-driven hiring strategies to support 100+ open roles across all shifts.
