Qualifications

• Interest in recruitment, HR, or related field; no prior recruitment experience or degree required.
• Ability to follow checklists, track progress, and report outstanding items.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Basic email, calendar, spreadsheet, and word-processing skills; willingness to learn recruitment tools.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and complete tasks with guidance.
• Ability to identify issues and seek guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing tools.
• Review resumes and candidate profiles against checklists and share matches for review.
• Assist with initial candidate outreach by phone, email, and messaging platforms using templates.
• Add candidate profiles to LinkedIn Recruiter projects and organize candidate pipelines.
• Schedule candidate screenings and interviews, send confirmations, and maintain timely communication.
• Enter and update candidate records in ATS and document recruitment activities.
• Follow up with candidates using approved messages; refer questions to recruiter.
• Assist with onboarding processes and initiatives under guidance.
• Review onboarding checklists and track completion of steps.
