Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle from drafting job descriptions to interviews.
• Identify and engage with passive candidates on LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and high-volume phone screens.
• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Help promote OneLocal as the employer of choice.
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System organized and up-to-date.
