Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or HR required.
• 1+ year coordinating interviews or meetings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers and HR staff.
• Ability to work independently and make proactive decisions in a high-volume, structured environment.
• Experience with Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the organization's culture and philosophy as the first point of contact for potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule telephone and onsite interviews with recruiters and managers.
• Communicate effectively with interview teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates visiting various U.S. locations.
• Facilitate onboarding, ensuring background checks and drug screenings are completed.
