Responsibilities

• Schedule Candidates: Manage candidate scheduling in Greenhouse for interviews.
• Conduct Interviews: Prepare for and conduct interviews across roles.
• Campus Recruitment Activities: Coordinate career fairs, info sessions, and events in Greater Boston.
• Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Enhance Employer Branding: Promote the company through social channels and materials.
• Personal Projects: Develop recruitment strategies and improve processes.
• AI Utilization: Use Claude to support research, drafting, and ideation.
