Responsibilities

• Schedule Candidates: Manage candidate scheduling in Greenhouse for interviews.
• Conduct Interviews: Assist in interviewing across roles from entry to leadership.
• Campus Recruitment Activities: Coordinate career fairs, info sessions, and events in Boston area.
• Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Enhance Employer Branding: Support recruitment marketing and campus outreach.
• Personal Projects: Work on talent acquisition projects and process improvements.
• AI Utilization: Use AI tools to support all duties and brainstorm improvements.
