Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruiting operations remotely from Peru. You will manage the Applicant Tracking System, conduct phone screens, and help build a best-practice recruiting strategy while assisting with career fairs and campus events.

You’ll analyze candidate pipelines and contribute to a world-class candidate experience. The role welcomes students pursuing a Psychology or HR degree, with an interest in startups and familiarity with AI tools like Claude

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Psychology or HR or related field.
• Experience with HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development is desirable.
• Interest in startups and AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System.
• Schedule and perform phone screens.
• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy.
• Assist in building an event calendar (career fairs, campus visits, networking events).
• Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis.
