Responsibilities

• Schedule candidates and coordinate interviews using Greenhouse.
• Conduct interviews across entry to leadership roles.
• Assist campus recruitment events and campus outreach in Greater Boston.
• Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing materials.
• Contribute to personal projects related to talent acquisition.
• Leverage AI tools to support tasks and improve processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
