Job summary

JD Logistics US seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern as part of the JD Young Internship Program. Location opportunities include Perth Amboy, Piscataway, Middlesex, or Old Bridge, NJ, with an hourly rate and a 40-hour workweek.

The program provides hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume logistics setting, plus training on ATS platforms and candidate management, and exposure to employer branding and campus recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle recruiting operations in a high-volume logistics environment across New Jersey sites.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach; schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS and candidate databases; draft and post job ads across platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination.
