Job summary

Sezzle, a fintech company offering a payment platform with interest-free installment plans for online shoppers, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern. You will support recruiting best practices and deliver a world-class candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the Applicant Tracking System, schedule phone screens, assist with candidate pipeline reporting, and help build an events calendar for career fairs, campus visits, and networking meetups.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline with HR or People Operations background.
• Interest in startups and demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
• Hard-working, determined, ambitious, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Applicant Tracking System, schedule and perform phone screens.
• Implement recruiting best practice strategies and assist with candidate pipeline reporting.
• Build an event calendar including career fairs, campus visits, and networking meetups.
