Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruiting operations remotely from Peru. You will manage the Applicant Tracking System, conduct phone screens, and help build a best-practice recruiting strategy while assisting with career fairs and campus events.

You’ll analyze candidate pipelines and contribute to a world-class candidate experience. The role welcomes students pursuing a Psychology or HR degree, with an interest in startups and familiarity with AI tools like Claude

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule and perform phone screens
• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy
• Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups
• Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis

What We Look For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development
• Interest in startups
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.

Compensation:

The salary for the Human Resources Intern is $800 USD monthly as an independent contractor.
