Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our remote team supporting recruiting across international markets. You will manage the Applicant Tracking System, schedule phone screens, and help implement recruiting best practices.

You will assist in building an event calendar for career fairs and campus visits, report on candidate pipelines, and work with AI tools like Claude to boost productivity in a fast-growing fintech company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development.
• Interest in startups.
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
• Hard-working, ambitious with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule and perform phone screens
• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy
• Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups
• Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis
