Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research fraud trends to contribute to detection systems.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists and engineers to improve fraud prevention.
• Learn domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques.
• Maintain SLAs for timely resolution of queued cases.
• Handle escalations professionally.
