Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join a fast-paced, growth-focused team in a remote role supporting recruiting practices and candidate experience across a global company. You will help drive data-driven HR initiatives and enhance processes from day one.

You will manage the Applicant Tracking System, schedule phone screens, and assist in building an event calendar for career fairs and campus visits, while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and research.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development
• Interest in startups
• Experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.

Compensation

The salary for the Human Resources Intern is $800 USD monthly as an independent contractor.
