Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruiting team during a high-volume intern and early-career hiring phase. This in-person internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting operations, candidate evaluation, talent research, and employer branding across multiple offices.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, help build proactive pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience while learning full-cycle recruiting and ATS usage.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support internship hiring across multiple office locations and requisitions.
• Assist with candidate screening, resume reviews, and screening training guidance.
• Help maintain intern hiring trackers and recruitment reports; contribute to process improvements.
