LAZ Parking is seeking energetic Event Staff to greet guests at events, collect parking fees, and manage traffic flow. You will work outdoors in varying weather, stand for extended periods, and maintain excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role preferred.
• Experience handling cash, monetary transactions preferred.
• Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and great customer service.
• Collect parking fees and provide correct change.
• Distribute tickets and expedite traffic flow.
• Adhere to dress code and work outdoors in any weather.
• Prepare and reconcile reports.
