Job summary

Coastal Security Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Recruiter/HR Specialist to source and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, manage onboarding, and support day-to-day HR functions. This role is expected to grow as CSSI expands into new markets.

The position collaborates with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, maintains accurate records, and tracks hiring metrics to report pipeline health. CSSI is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting, staffing, or HR experience required.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate background checks, licensing, and onboarding through to completion.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support general HR administration.
• Track hiring and onboarding metrics and report on pipeline health.
