Johnson Financial Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator to support recruiting coordination, HRIS updates, onboarding, and candidate communication. You will help bring our employer brand to life through marketing, outreach, and reliable system support.

You will work with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers across our local community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Business/HR/Communications preferred.
• Relevant experience in a professional office environment; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Ability to shift priorities as needs change and maintain responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, phone screens, and post-interview debriefs.
• Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams.
• Maintain HRIS data, onboarding support, and reporting.
• Support NMLS and I-9 processes and eligibility verification.
• Manage postings, job board profiles, and social media career pages.
