Qualifikationen

• 2+ years recruiting experience advising hiring managers.
• Ability to identify and engage scarce skill sets with forward-looking pipelines.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM platforms: Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consultative influencing skills.
• Ability to interpret recruiting data and market insights to inform strategy and improve processes.
• Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
