HireNow Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Execution & Workforce Growth Strategist for a full-time, onsite role in Milpitas, CA. You will own the North American recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding, partnering with executive leadership and hiring managers to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech, strong sourcing skills, and a track record of closing hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting within high-growth technology organizations.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions from intake through offer.
• Strong experience closing software engineering and technical talent.
• Experience using Ashby ATS or a comparable system.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication, organization, negotiation and relationships.
• Comfortable onsite five days per week in Milpitas, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete North American recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage qualified technical, operations and commercial professionals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure exceptional candidate experience.
• Evaluate qualifications via structured interviews and assessments.
• Maintain recruiting records and metrics in ATS.
• Improve recruiting workflows and hiring efficiency.
• Develop market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Drive offer negotiations and close top talent.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Represent the organization and strengthen employer branding.
