Job summary

21st Century Home Health Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive end-to-end recruitment for clinicians across multiple Northern California regions. You will own market analysis, outreach, and closing while partnering with leadership to scale our rapidly growing home health team.

The role requires hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, exceptional sourcing skills, and a data-driven mindset to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as an in-house recruiter with a track record of filling challenging roles.
• Strong sourcing skills to find great candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and creative outreach.
• Ability to build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates across multiple regions and specialties.
• Comfort turning passive interest into active engagement and nurturing relationships until timing is right.
• Hands-on experience running the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals and timelines.
• Data-driven mindset supported by dashboards, reports, and metrics to guide approach.
• Strong relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates; acting as a trusted partner.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell our story in a compelling way.
• Solid organizational skills to juggle multiple searches without losing momentum.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run the full search process from finding great people to getting them hired.
• Source and reach out to clinicians across Northern California to grow teams.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and turn interest into excitement.
• Partner with managers to understand needs and fill gaps.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Monitor metrics to optimize recruiting efforts and adjust strategies.
• Help close candidates by sharing our story and the 21HHS value proposition.
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters, share ideas, and celebrate wins.
• Act as an ambassador of our culture when talking to candidates online or at events.
