HireNow Staffing is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Execution & Workforce Growth Strategist to own the North American recruiting lifecycle, partnering with executives to align strategies with growth. The role targets engineering, operations, and GTM talent, delivering a superior candidate experience and closing difficult-to-fill positions.
The position is full-time, onsite in Milpitas, California, requiring five days per week in the office and residency within commuting distance.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting engineering, technical, operations, or sales hiring.
- Proven success recruiting within high-growth technology organizations.
- Independently manage multiple requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
- Strong experience closing software engineering and technical talent.
- Experience utilizing Ashby ATS or a comparable recruiting platform.
- Strong sourcing capabilities via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Exceptional communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working onsite five days per week in Milpitas, California.
- Must reside within commuting distance of Milpitas, California.

Responsibilities
- Own the complete North American recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Source, attract, and engage highly qualified professionals across engineering, operations, and GTM.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Manage interview coordination and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through structured interviewing and competency-based assessment.
- Maintain recruiting activity, candidate records, and hiring metrics in the ATS.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting workflows and efficiency.
- Develop market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.

This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for a high-performing recruiting professional who excels at owning the complete hiring lifecycle while consistently delivering exceptional talent in a fast-paced technology environment.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of North American recruiting operations, partnering directly with executive leadership and hiring managers to identify, engage, evaluate, and secure exceptional talent across engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams. This position is designed for an execution-focused recruiter who thrives on accountability, delivers outstanding candidate experiences, and consistently closes difficult-to-fill positions while maintaining operational excellence.
- Own the complete North American recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Source, attract, and engage highly qualified technical, operations, and commercial professionals using proactive recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
