Zingroll is seeking an expert Talent Acquisition Lead to find, vet, and close top talent across executive to niche technical roles. You will partner with management to translate hiring needs into a concrete plan, then own the end-to-end process.

You will source candidates through portals and networks, steer interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate with HR to ensure fast, professional onboarding. Startup experience and a strong network are essential.

We are hiring an expert Talent Acquisition Lead to find, vet, and close the best talent for every level of the company - from high-level executive roles to niche technical positions and junior staff. You will work directly with management to identify hiring needs and then handle the entire process - sourcing, networking, interviewing, and negotiating. You are well-connected and can coordinate the logistics with our HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and non-standard channels.
• Work with management to turn a simple verbal description into a specific hiring plan.
• Use your existing connections to find top-tier talent even if they aren’t actively looking for jobs.
• Lead the interview process and manage the logistics of moving candidates through the pipeline.
• Use strong negotiation skills to ensure we land the right candidates within budget.
• Partner with the HR team to handle contracts and ensure the hiring process is professional and fast.
• Come up with and implement ideas to find talent for extremely niche or difficult-to-fill roles.

What We're Looking For

• You have years of experience running recruitment for high-growth startups or consumer companies.
• You do not need instructions. You understand the vibe and the requirement and just go find the person.
• You are equally comfortable hiring a Chief of Staff as you are hiring a junior designer or a niche engineer.
• You have a deep network and know how to use it to find people who don't apply to standard job boards.
• You have a personality that represents the company well and the negotiation skills to get the deal done.
