Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruiting, onboarding, and engagement activities for a client in Fremont, California. The role offers fully remote work with the option to work hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical office location.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, requisition management, and talent-pipeline development, utilizing ATS, VMS, and social media to fill openings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS and VMS a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Full recruitment process management including staffing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all internal positions at the client site for temporary openings.
• Complete requisition management including the fulfillment life cycle of all work orders, communication, job profile creation, job postings, and social media activity.
• Manage core competency requisitions and actively build talent pipeline.
• Manage database and recruitment technology, including ATS, VMS, and critical job boards.
