Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with ownership of recruiting strategy
• Direct experience recruiting for software engineering roles with technical fluency
• Experience sourcing on LinkedIn and comparable platforms
• Experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day recruiting workflow
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership
• Ability to operate with autonomy and set direction with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting strategy and execution across all open roles in the company
• Recruit for software engineering and technical roles with credibility with engineering leaders
• Partner directly with hiring managers and executives to define role needs and run efficient processes
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, reducing reliance on agencies
• Use AI tools to write job posts, summarize candidates, and streamline repetitive steps
• Identify and implement process improvements without waiting for direction
