Consumer Cellular in Oklahoma City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Generalist to support high-volume recruitment and partner with a dynamic TA team. You will shape the candidate experience, run efficient interviews, and drive data-driven hiring strategies across multiple locations.

This role emphasizes ATS/Taleo usage, reporting, and pre-boarding coordination, with opportunities to influence hiring at scale. A minimum of 2 years in recruiting and strong communication are required.

Formación

• At least 2 years of recruiting or HR experience in a competitive environment.
• Understand sourcing strategies, candidate qualification techniques, networking, assessment methods, job analysis principles, and wage/salary trends.
• Proficient with recruitment tools; comfortable using Excel and Taleo; knowledge of ATS systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear, concise communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Analytical and critical thinking to evaluate candidates and recruitment strategies.
• Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to team goals.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Champion the candidate journey with smooth, engaging experiences across steps.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and TA partners to drive recruitment strategies.
• Respond to inquiries with business-focused replies across shared inboxes.
• Support and maintain the ATS and recruitment tools; ensure data accuracy.
• Provide reporting and insights to leaders to shape hiring strategy.
• Lead pre-boarding coordination, including offer letters and new hire documentation.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and manage postings across platforms.
• Analyze trends and data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
