Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of HR experience or an equivalent combination.
• Master’s degree plus 1 year HR experience also acceptable.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and HR compliance.

Responsabilités

• Execute all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for a high volume of requisitions.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with external advertisers to manage job postings and ensure accurate representation on platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align with organizational goals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across a panel, managing logistics for many requisitions.
• Maintain consistent candidate communications with status updates and next steps.
