Job summary

LHH in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting function. The role covers full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and recruitment tracking.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple open positions, and collaborates with hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 1 year of professional HR experience OR Master’s degree plus at least 1 year of HR experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
• Manage a high volume of open requisitions and move candidates through the hiring process.
• Post and optimize job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication with updates, next steps and dispositions.
• Provide hiring managers with updates on candidate activity, pipeline progress and open positions.
• Utilize Workday to open, update and close requisitions and support the offer process.
• Initiate and track pre-employment requirements, including background checks.
• Maintain recruiting records and daily tracking reports.
