Naples Airport Authority is seeking a Recruiting & Retention Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and retention initiatives. You will work with employees and department leaders to attract qualified candidates, coordinate onboarding, and enhance HR processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, or related HR functions.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee programs, and HR initiatives.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or comparable HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and related HR technology.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, recruitment practices, and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including postings, sourcing, screenings, interviews, references, and hiring coordination.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, onboarding, orientation, and 30-, 60-, 90-day check-ins.
• Build partnerships with schools, professional organizations, and community agencies for recruitment and workforce development.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, retention, wellness programs, events, and communications.
• Coordinate internship program recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and activities.
• Maintain recruitment records, employee information, and HR systems.
• Develop and improve HR processes, forms, and automated workflows.
• Maintain Employee Hub and other digital resources.
• Analyze recruitment and engagement data to identify trends and improvements.
• Update job descriptions; assist with HR initiatives and departmental projects.
