Naples Airport Authority is seeking a Recruiting & Retention Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. The role partners with department leaders to attract qualified candidates and improve HR processes.

We are looking for someone who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and find ways to improve the employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent education and relevant experience considered.
• Minimum of two years of recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, or related HR functions.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee programs, and HR initiatives.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, recruitment practices, and HR compliance requirements.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a driving record meeting Authority standards required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screenings, interviews, reference checks, and hiring coordination.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, new hire onboarding, orientation, and 30-, 60-, and 90-day employee check-ins.
• Build partnerships with schools, professional organizations, and community agencies to support recruitment and workforce development.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, retention, and wellness programs, including events and employee communications.
• Coordinate the Authority's internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and program activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee information, and HR systems.
• Develop and improve HR processes, procedures, forms, and automated workflows.
• Maintain employee communication platforms, including the Employee Hub and other digital resources.
• Analyze recruitment and engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and assist with HR initiatives and departmental projects.
