Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR or staffing experience.
• Knowledge of local and federal labor laws.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria based on requirements, company values and philosophy.
• Source candidates through channels (e.g., social platforms).
• Plan interview procedures, including screening calls and interviews.
• Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Develop and maintain reports and metrics on applicants, requisitions, offers.
• Design interview questions reflecting position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers as required.
• Lead employer branding, advertising and social media presence initiatives.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs with PBP.
• Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Coordinate learning and development plans, as assigned.
• Manage assigned budget and related tasks.
• Represent the company with agencies and stakeholders as needed.
• Develop, generate, and analyze reports and metrics.
