Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Puerto Rico is seeking an HR professional with deep expertise in Talent Development and Talent Acquisition. The role focuses on translating global frameworks into locally effective solutions and advising HRBPs and leaders on complex talent topics.

With 8+ years in HR, including TA and Talent Management, you will support localization, succession planning, and development initiatives while driving data‑driven decisions across a multinational, matrix organization in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with significant TA and TD/Talent Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, Human Resources or a related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience in a three-pillar HR model: HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise and HR Services.

Responsibilities

• Bring subject matter expertise across Talent Development and Talent Acquisition.
• Support implementation and localization of global talent frameworks and programs.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and development initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance to HRBPs and leaders on complex talent topics.
• Translate global frameworks into practical solutions aligned with local business and market needs.
• Use talent and workforce insights to strengthen adoption and program effectiveness.
• Build HR capability through guidance, facilitation and knowledge sharing.
