Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience in talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and HR business partnership.
• Professional certifications such as PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead salaried recruiting efforts and maintain processes and standards.
• Own performance review processes, forms, tools, and timelines.
• Facilitate succession planning, career paths, and internal mobility.
• Maintain job descriptions, architecture, and advancement governance.
• Provide leadership coaching and guidance; support employee relations and workforce planning.
• Serve as primary HR Business Partner for the De Pere location.
